Mass Production Underway for Japanese Customer's Newly Developed Aluminum Frame Luggage

We are proud to announce that we are currently engaged in mass production for a Japanese customer who has cooperated with us for over 15 years on the development of a newly designed aluminum frame luggage collection. This project showcases our commitment to precision manufacturing and high-quality design in the luggage industry.

This new aluminum frame suitcase line features a traditional deep and narrow aluminium frame, giving it a compact yet elegant appearance. Crafted from a durable ABS and PC blend with an embossment finish, the surface is flat and simple, offering a minimalist aesthetic complemented by a convenient front hook for hanging small bags.

Available in sizes 25" and 27", these aluminium frame suitcases come in sleek color options including black, blue, and green. Both sizes are being efficiently packed in a mixed container to optimize shipping.

Inside, the luggage is designed for functionality: one side features a mesh divider while the other includes a multi-functional divider with various pockets for smart organization.

High-end details like Hinomoto wheels, an aluminum tube trolley, and a self-rebounding handle add to the travel-friendly features of this aluminum frame carry on luggage series.

During the entire mass production process, our dedicated QC team is performing inline inspections to ensure each piece meets our strict quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.
