For regular upkeep, periodically wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris that can abrade the material over time. Allow to fully air dry before packing away or using. Clean the zippers regularly using rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab to dissolve built-up gunk clogging the teeth. Lubricate zippers afterward by applying a bit of wax or silicone to keep things gliding smoothly.

Check wheels and axles for lint, hair and other buildup that can restrict rolling. Carefully clear any debris using tweezers and a small brush, then rotate the wheels to test for free movement. Apply a lubricant like lubricating oil or dry graphite for continued smooth glide.

Use a mild detergent mixed with warm water to spot clean interior fabric as needed. For a deeper clean, remove all items first and scrub the entire interior surface with the detergent solution using a soft brush. Rinse with clean water, allow to fully air dry upside down to prevent mildew growth before repacking.
